Pilates Classes
Pilates was developed over 90 years ago to create a healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy life by treating the body as an integrated whole through conscious movements. It is a system of stretching and strengthening exercises that work to increase muscle control and tone, improve posture, and provide flexibility and balance.
In my Pilates sessions, we’ll focus on alignment, breathing, correcting muscular imbalances, and working the deeper muscles of your powerhouse from the inside out.

My virtual pilates studio is dedicated to 1-1 sessions and small group classes you can access anywhere with internet access.

Hi, I’m Melissa!
As a classically trained Certified Pilates Instructor, I’ll work with you to strengthen, lengthen and tone the entire body, as well as improve postural alignment. I want you to feel amazing after you every Pilates session! My online workouts have a flow to keep the heart rate going and virtual private classes are tailored specifically for you.
