Pilates was developed over 90 years ago to create a healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy life by treating the body as an integrated whole through conscious movements.

In my Pilates sessions, we’ll focus on strengthening and toning, alignment, breathing, correcting muscular imbalances, and working the deeper muscles of your powerhouse from the inside out.

As a classically trained Certified Pilates Instructor, I focus on movements to strengthen, lengthen and tone the entire body, as well as improve postural alignment. I want you to feel amazing after you every Pilates session! My online workouts have a flow to keep the heart rate going and virtual private classes are tailored specifically for you.

On my blog, I share recipes, beauty info, and wellness tips to help you live your best life. Wellness shouldn’t be so extreme — my foundations for it are based on balance, moderation, and variety.
