9 Pilates Moves for a Peachy Booty

  1. Bridges 5x

  2. Half bridges 5x

  3. Bridges with lower/lift 5x

  4. Sweeps 5x

  5. Battement 5x

  6. Developpe/Enveloppe 5x

    1. Point the foot as you lift up/Flex the foot as you lower down

    2. Flex up/Point down

  7. Ronde de Jambe 5x (counter and clockwise circles)

  8. Clamshell with heels down 5x

  9. Clamshell with heels up 5x
