Bridges 5x
Half bridges 5x
Bridges with lower/lift 5x
Sweeps 5x
Battement 5x
Developpe/Enveloppe 5x
Point the foot as you lift up/Flex the foot as you lower down
Flex up/Point down
Ronde de Jambe 5x (counter and clockwise circles)
Clamshell with heels down 5x
Clamshell with heels up 5x
Repeat on the left side
