Melissa is a great Pilates instructor. Pilates can be intimidating for a beginner like me, but Melissa makes it very easy to follow. I have been doing Pilates with Melissa for only two months, but my core already feels so much stronger! Also, the breathing techniques she teaches during Pilates have helped a lot with my anxiety. I have my session with Melissa every weekend and it is such a healthy way to end my week!
